I help women heal from emotional abuse, regulate their nervous systems, and navigate co-parenting with a difficult ex without staying stuck in survival mode.
Make sense of what happened
Learn how to name coercive control, gaslighting, and trauma bonding so you can stop wondering if it was “bad enough” and finally trust your own perception.
Untangle trauma bonds and old attachment patterns
Understand why you stayed, how the bond formed in your body, and how to gently unhook from patterns that keep pulling you back.
Calm your nervous system
Learn nervous system tools so your body can come out of survival mode and return to homeostasis faster after texts, exchanges, or conflict.
Recalibrate your sense of chemistry and attraction
Learn the difference between adrenaline and actual safety so “butterflies” stop being the compass for who you choose.
Co‑parenti with a difficult or narcissistic ex
Create structural co‑parenting plans, scripts, and boundaries so every interaction is driven by strategy, not by his behavior.
Rebuild identity after an emotionally abusive marriage
Remember who you were before you were made small, and as you become the version of you who is not organized around him.
Set and hold boundaries without crumbling afterward
Set clear limits and working through the guilt and nervous system spikes that usually make you second‑guess yourself.
Create a steadier home for your children
Learn how to regulate yourself first so your kids experience a home that feels calmer, clearer, and less ruled by the fallout of the past.
What does it look like to work with me?
Healing after emotional abuse is not one big breakthrough. It is a series of stages. A slow returning. A nervous system learning, little by little, you rebuild.
You may move through the following stages in order. You may circle back. You may feel like you are in two at once. That is how real healing works, especially when you still share children, schedules, and contact with the person who hurt you.
Together, we can move toward a version of you that feels aligned and alive, a relationship that truly nourishes you, and a way of experiencing motherhood that feels fuller, lighter, and even more meaningful than before.
The Stages of Healing
Despair
This is where many women begin: exhausted, confused, and quietly wondering why leaving did not immediately feel like freedom. Your body is still on high alert, your thoughts feel foggy, and even ordinary tasks can feel heavier than they should.
Boundaries
Here, healing gets practical. You learn what no longer gets access to you, how to stop over-explaining, and how to co-parent from structure instead of from hope, fear, or old conditioning.
Education
This is the stage of language. You begin to name what happened, gaslighting, coercive control, trauma bonding, and the truth starts to come into focus. Clarity can feel relieving and infuriating at the same time.
Restoration
This is the deeper rebuilding. Your body begins returning to homeostasis faster. You reconnect with your identity, examine attachment patterns, and start learning the difference between chaos, chemistry, and genuine safety.
Awakening
This is when your anger starts to make sense. You see the pattern more clearly, you stop taking the bait as often, and you begin to understand that healing is not just emotional, it is physiological.
Maintenance
This is not the finish line. It is the long game. You continue practicing regulation, holding boundaries, navigating new relationships with more discernment, and building a life that is no longer organized around survival.
About Anshu
Life Coach
After years in a high-conflict, emotionally abusive marriage, I know what it feels like to question your own reality, carry exhaustion that no one else can see, and try to heal while still co-parenting with the person who hurt you. I know what it is like to leave and still feel like your body did not get the memo, to brace before a text, a call, or a custody exchange, and to wonder whether you will ever feel fully like yourself again.
I have done the work of rebuilding my nervous system, reclaiming my voice, and coming back to myself, and that is why I do this work. I want women to know that this kind of healing is possible, because I have lived it, worked through it, and come out the other side clearer, steadier, and no longer organized around survival.
